A $50 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session. If the client chooses to pay the full amount in advance and later cancels the booking, the $50 retainer will be retained and the remaining balance may be refunded according to the cancellation policy. No date is confirmed until the retainer payment has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel the session, the deposit is retained.
Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice, subject to the photographer’s availability. Multiple reschedules may incur additional fees.
Clients who arrive late may have their session time shortened accordingly. If a client is more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe agreed upon. Delivery will be through an online gallery or download link. Raw/unedited images are not included..
All photographs remain the copyright of StheevaLab. Clients receive a personal use license for social sharing and personal printing. Commercial use or alteration requires written permission.
StheevaLab reserves the right to use those images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Clients must arrive on time, inform the photographer of important details, and obtain location permissions if required.
